At ResinsGift, every phone case is handmade and created specifically for each order. Because our products are made-to-order, we begin preparing and creating your case shortly after your purchase is completed.

Order Cancellations

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.

After 12 hours, your order will have entered our production process, and we are unable to accept cancellation requests or issue refunds for change-of-mind reasons.

Please carefully review your phone model, order details, and customization requests before completing your purchase.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the handmade and made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or provide refunds for:

• Change of mind

• Incorrect phone model selected by the customer

• Personal preference changes

• Ordering the wrong product or design

Each case is individually handmade, and we cannot resell made-to-order items.

Damaged or Defective Items

We want you to love your ResinsGift case. If your order arrives damaged or there is a quality issue caused during production, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

• Your order number

• Photos or videos showing the issue

We will review each situation individually and work with you to provide an appropriate solution, such as a replacement for free
